Social Media Manager - Immediate Start

Grow multiple brand accounts across industries and global markets with creativity and strategy
Plan and execute original content calendars that speak to each brand's voice and audience
Work closely with designers and content creators to bring campaigns and visuals to life
Build reels, short videos, and posts that grab attention and deliver a clear message
Write captions that connect with people and make them feel the brand, not just scroll past it
Focus on community growth through organic followers, consistent engagement, and real conversations
Engage with audiences, reply to comments, interact with other accounts, and make sure no account feels one-sided
Run Meta and Google Ads campaigns that drive leads, sales, and traffic with proven results
Track performance closely, understand the algorithms, and adjust strategies to stay ahead
Be updated with the latest tools, new features, and fresh content styles while keeping originality at the core

A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience working as a Social Media Manager in a marketing agency handling multiple clients at once
A proven track record of organic growth, authentic content building, and ad campaign success
Strong creative instinct with the ability to balance branding, content, and performance
Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads, from setup to optimization
Clear and professional communication skills in English
Most importantly, immediate joining. Compensation
20,000 to 25,000 per month, based on experience, creativity, and results you can deliver.
