  • Role Description*

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

  • Digital & Social Media Specialist*
    to support the execution of digital marketing activities across website, social media, applications, events, and product communication. This role focuses on operational excellence, content accuracy, and close coordination with local and global teams to ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

The Digital & Social Media specialist will play a key role in managing website content, supporting social media execution, coordinating event materials, and handling product label translations.

  • Key Responsibilities*

  • -Website & Digital & Applications’ Content Management*

  • Manage hero banners on the website/Apps using Censhare.

  • Upload and maintain articles such as offers, news, and surveys via Sitecore.

  • Execute new website updates based on detailed instructions received from global teams.

  • Coordinate content translations through POEditor (with access provided by Global teams).

  • Maintain and update product listing pages on Sitecore, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Social Media Execution & Coordination*

  • Develop and execute social media strategy to drive engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility

  • Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar.

  • Prepare and send detailed creative briefs to create content

  • Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik

Tok, and You

Tube.

  • Monitor performance and oversee paid social media campaigns in coordination with media and agency partners.

  • Create and adapt locally relevant visual content, including on-camera appearances, to strengthen cultural resonance and audience engagement

  • -Events Support & Marketing Materials*

  • Prepare marketing presentations for events, launches, and internal meetings.

  • Coordinate and manage event materials, both printed and digital.

  • Support the execution of brand and product events in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.

  • -Product Label Translation & Content Accuracy*

  • Handle product label translations using Censhare.

  • Ensure translations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand and regulatory guidelines.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams for approvals when needed.

  • Collaboration*

  • with Global Teams*

  • Work closely with Oriflame Global Teams to implement and localize global materials.

  • Adapt global content and guidelines for the Moroccan market.

  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution.

  • -CRM Management*

  • Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) using Salesforce Mktg Cloud

  • Set up and optimize automated customer journeys to support acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies

  • Segment audiences based on customer behavior, history, and key attributes to enable targeted communication

  • Analyze campaign performance and data insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, and tech teams to implement integrated CRM solutions

  • Maintain and enhance customer database quality to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of campaigns

  • Propose data-driven initiatives to increase customer engagement and lifetime value

  • Qualifications*

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • 1–5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or a similar role.

  • Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred).

  • Familiarity with Censhare and POEditor is a strong advantage.

  • Strong design and presentation skills using Canva, Microsoft Office (Power

Point, Excel, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In

Design.

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and a track record in Social Media Content Creation.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies and advertising and a solid understanding of Marketing principles.
  • Strong Communication skills for both online engagement and team collaboration.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for beauty and wellbeing industries are a plus.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, French and Arabic.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow global guidelines and deadlines.
