About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and helping to grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Linked

In, Tik

Tok, etc.)

• Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos, captions)

• Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly

• Track and report on social media performance metrics

• Support marketing campaigns and promotions

• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure brand consistency

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends

• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Cap

Cut, or similar)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and creativity

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role

• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles is an added advantage
