NYSC Social Media Manager - Graduate Trainee

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and self-motivated NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Social Media Manager (Graduate Trainee). The role involves planning, creating, and managing content across all three of our businesses. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, creating, and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, Linked

In, Tik

Tok, and X/Twitter for all three brands

• Accompanying the team on property site inspections, vehicle showcases, and client engagements to capture photo and video content

• Shooting and editing reels, short-form videos, carousels, and static posts

• Developing and maintaining a content calendar for each brand

• Writing engaging captions, hooks, and copy that drive engagement

• Monitoring comments, DMs, and mentions; responding to followers professionally

• Tracking key social media metrics and preparing performance reports

• Staying on top of trending audios, formats, and platform updates

• Maintaining organized digital asset libraries

This is an entry-level role designed to develop creative and strategic content skills through real-world exposure, mentorship, and structured learning.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, English, Digital Media, or any related discipline (creative graduates from other fields with strong portfolios are welcome). Must be currently serving or about to begin NYSC service in Abuja (FCT).

Experience:

6 months – 1 year of prior social media management, content creation, or digital marketing experience (a personal social media page that demonstrates content skill counts). Required skills include proficiency in Canva and mobile editing tools (Cap

Salary Range: ₦40,000 – ₦60,000 (in addition to NYSC federal stipend)
