About the Role: You will own the entire user lifecycle communication strategy - push notifications, in-app messaging, Whats
App campaigns, email, and SMS. You will design event-triggered flows in Mo
Engage to convert signups to KYC, KYC to first transaction, and one-time users to repeat customers.
Required Skills:
4+ years in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing at a consumer fintech or app
Deep hands-on with Mo
Engage, Clever
Tap, Braze, or Web
Engage
App Business API campaigns (template management, BSP integration)
Strong understanding of segmentation, cohort flows, and personalization
Comfort working with Whats
App templates, Meta categories, and compliance
