We're Hiring: Retention Marketing Manager

Gurugram | Up to 25 LPA

We're looking for a creative + data-driven marketer who can turn users into loyal customers and drive long-term engagement.

What You'll Do:

Plan & execute high-impact CRM campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, Whats

App)

Own and manage the end-to-end CRM campaign calendar

Build intelligent customer journeys (onboarding, engagement, win-back)

Drive segmentation & personalization for better targeting

Track performance (CTR, conversions, revenue) & run A/B tests

Collaborate with Product, Tech & Design teams

What We're Looking For:

3–6 years in CRM / Retention Marketing

Hands-on experience with Mo

Engage, Clevertap, Web

Engage , Salesforce, or Adobe

Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills

Experience in E-commerce / D2C / Consumer brands preferred
