Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

1. Customer Lifecycle Management
   Maintain and update customer database on crm/erp system
   Track leads, inquiries, and conversions
   Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions

2. Order & Project Coordination
   Coordinate with Sales, EPC, and Dispatch teams for order execution
   Track order status, installation timelines, and commissioning
   Ensure timely updates to customers regarding project progress

3. • Complaint Handling *
     Create customer feedback forms and maintain regular follow-ups.

4. Customer Engagement & Retention
   Maintain regular follow-ups with customers
   Conduct feedback calls and satisfaction surveys
   Build long-term customer relationships

5. Internal Coordination
   Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Service teams
   Ensure smooth communication across departments
   Support management with MIS reports and dashboards
   Maintain tracking templates, reports and dashboards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,167.70 - ₹35,000.00 per month
