Job responsibilities:
Research/Understand the ecommerce space and recommend/comprehend the impact of new solutions on existing systems, and the onward impact of changes.
Work closely with product owners to ensure seamless integration of new products.
Participate in the identification and prioritization of products, processes, market and/or service innovations to improve and grow existing platform and revenue streams.
Act as point of contact and project leader for all major initiatives and key processes.
Help determine the company's e-commerce goals and KPIs.
Identify with the support of the digital agency key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and figures and transform e-commerce data into operational insights.
Researching competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.
Help Implement broad e-commerce strategies to assist business development goals.
Advise various business stakeholders on e-commerce related matters and market trends.
Prepare effective written presentations/correspondence and effectively present information.
Maintain proper lines of communication across entire project team and within the Ecommerce business team.
