Job Description:
To support the coordination of technical implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and ongoing maintenance of the thematic portal and related webpages.
To liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including local and Mainland government bureaux/departments, regulatory bodies and industry organisations for the implementation and administration of the facilitation measures.
To prepare high-quality documentation for the implementation and administration of the facilitation measures, including policy papers, research reports, and consultation materials.
To provide comprehensive support for senior managements participation in local and Mainland events/meetings, including the preparation of event briefs, speeches, speaking points, background research and overseeing logistical arrangements.
To handle enquiries and complaints from the public and industry stakeholders regarding the facilitation measures.
To plan, coordinate and execute promotion activities, seminars, and briefings for the facilitation measures.
To conduct in-depth desktop research and assessments on local, Chinese Mainland and international policies, laws, regulations, standards and best practices about cross-boundary data flow and the digital economy, and to synthesise findings into actionable insights.
To carry out administrative tasks, including preparation of regular/ad hoc updates, presentations and detailed statistical reports.
Requirement Details:
Degree or above
At least 5 years experience in IT related job
Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English, with an excellent command of written Chinese and English, particularly for drafting formal documents like speeches, briefs and promotional materials.
Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, Power
Point) and Chinese word processing.
Solid understanding of Hong Kong's current policies on facilitating cross-boundary data flows within the GBA, including the facilitation measure of "Standard Contract for the Cross-boundary Flow of Personal Information within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Mainland, Hong Kong)"
Proven experience in organising and managing briefings, seminars, promotional or publicity activities.
Experience in handling public enquiries/complaints.
Knowledge and experience in IT Security relating to data flow.
Knowledge in Security Risk Assessment and familiar with Government IT Security Policy and Guidelines is a strong advantage
