Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) professional to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in content strategy, campaign execution, paid ads, and performance analysis. The role requires high creativity and the ability to bring innovative ideas into digital content and campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage company profiles across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked

In, X (Twitter), and You

Tube

• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, banners, captions)

• Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Linked

In Ads, etc.)

• Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance metrics

• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

• Stay updated with latest social media trends and algorithm changes

• Coordinate with designers and content writers for creatives

• Manage content calendars and scheduling posts

• Handle community engagement and respond to audience interactions

• Optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversions

• Bring creative concepts and innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Social Media Marketing (1–4 years)

• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager / Linked

In Campaign Manager

• Content creation and copywriting skills

• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics basics)

• Good understanding of branding and digital marketing strategies

• Creative thinking and strong communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• High level of creativity and ability to execute unique digital content ideas

Eligibility:

• Any Degree (Marketing / Media / Communications preferred)

• Minimum 3 years relevant SMM experience

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
