We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our growing marketing agency in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in media planning and buying, with a proven ability to execute high-performing campaigns across digital channels. You will play a key role in maximizing ROI, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs
Develop integrated media plans aligned with business goals and budgets
Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels
Media Buying & Negotiation
Execute and manage media buys across digital and traditional platforms
Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and added value
Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, networks, and platforms
Campaign Management & Optimization
Monitor campaigns in real time to ensure performance targets are met
Optimize strategies and budgets based on performance insights
Work closely with digital teams across PPC, display, social, and programmatic
Budget Management
Allocate, track, and optimize media spend to maximize ROI
Prepare detailed financial and performance reports
Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing and payments
Reporting & Analytics
Deliver comprehensive reports with actionable insights
Analyze KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CTR, and conversions
Present results and strategic recommendations to clients
Market Research & Insights
Stay updated on media trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior
Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Recommend innovative media strategies to keep clients ahead
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
2–5 years of experience in media buying (agency experience preferred)
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of UAE/local media landscape and pricing
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linked
In Ads, and analytics tools
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Strong analytical mindset with performance optimization experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with programmatic advertising
Background in industries such as luxury, healthcare/clinics, real estate, or hospitality
