Role Summary:

Growth Fusion is seeking dynamic professionals with a strong passion for media buying and performance-driven marketing. Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across social media and native advertising platforms. These roles involve end-to-end campaign ownership, deep audience research, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on performance analytics and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Tik

Tok, Taboola, and Outbrain.

  • Use advanced tracking and attribution tools like Everflow, Voluum, and Red

Track to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.

  • Conduct detailed market research and audience segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and high-quality lead acquisition.

  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and KPIs to improve ROI, scale successful campaigns, and achieve lead volume targets.

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives tailored to target audiences.

  • Support lead engagement and nurturing efforts throughout the sales funnel.

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices in media buying and lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience running lead generation campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Tik

Tok) and native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).

  • Strong understanding of media buying strategies and campaign optimization for performance-driven outcomes.

  • Hands-on experience with tracking and attribution tools such as Everflow, Voluum, or Red

Track.

  • Solid skills in market research, data analysis, and audience targeting.

  • Familiarity with campaign management tools and performance dashboards.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a hybrid or in-office work environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience managing international markets or multilingual campaigns is a strong plus.
