The Partnership

Newsorte Media is not looking for a "closer" to read a script. We are looking for a Strategic Sales Partner to spearhead our expansion into the US market. This role is for a business-minded professional who understands the psychology of B2B decision-making and is capable of managing complex, high-stakes negotiations with CEOs and Founders.

You will be representing an institution that works with elite brands in the medical aesthetic and luxury hospitality sectors. Our typical engagements involve £10k+ monthly retainers and one-off projects ranging from £8k to £50k+.

The Role (Full-Cycle Strategy)

While you will be supported by a team of appointment setters to help fill your calendar, we require a partner who takes full ownership of the sales cycle. You must be as comfortable sourcing and vetting a high-level lead as you are closing a six-figure contract. We expect you to treat your territory with the mindset of a Director—focused on brand equity, client quality, and long-term revenue growth.

Core Requirements

  • B2B Mastery: Proven experience selling high-ticket services or contracts with values of £50k–£100k+.

  • Psychological Precision: Deep understanding of buyer psychology and behavioral economics. You don't use "sales tricks"; you lead the prospect through a diagnostic and strategic journey.

  • Executive Presence: Total confidence in leading calls with C-suite executives and business owners in the US market.

  • Self-Governance: The ability to manage your own pipeline, nurture relationships, and maintain the "Quiet Luxury" brand voice at every touchpoint.

  • The Compensation (Performance-Led) This is a purely commission-based partnership designed for high-performers who want to build a recurring income stream.

  • Acquisition Fee: 10% – 13% commission on the gross value of the close.

  • Lifetime Recurring: 5% monthly recurring commission for the lifetime of the client contract (paid for relationship maintenance and retention).

  • Project Scale: With project fees reaching up to £50k and retainers at £10k+, the earning potential per client is significant.
