About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked

In, Twitter, and others.

2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, graphics).

3. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.

4. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

5. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure brand consistency.

7. Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

Other Requirements:

• 1. Proven prior experience in the same field (social media/digital marketing).
• 2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
• 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5. Creativity with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
• 7. Basic knowledge of design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
• 8. Proven experience as a social media executive or in a similar role.
• 9. Willing to work full-time from the office (Bani Park, Jaipur).
