Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales Development Representative who can drive outbound prospecting and build a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to identify, connect, and qualify potential clients and convert them into business opportunities.
Responsibilities
In
Identify and research potential clients & decision-makers
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget & authority
Initiate conversations, pitch services & handle basic objections
Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
Track daily activities (calls, emails, follow-ups)
Achieve weekly & monthly lead generation targets
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Follow up regularly to nurture and convert leads
Requirements
6 months to 1 year experience in B2B lead generation / sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Good research and data mining abilities
Experience with Linked
In and CRM tools preferred
Target-driven, self-motivated mindset
Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred
