Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $25.00/hr.

Hours:

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Duties of the sales development representative:

• Prospect new clients through cold calling and research

• Educate healthcare professionals on cardiac-related solutions

• Make high-volume outbound calls to generate leads

• Schedule and coordinate educational meetings

• Manage and track pipeline activity in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)

• Support onboarding and maintain customer relationships

• Assist with marketing materials and outreach campaigns

• Stay informed on industry trends and market changes

Requirements of the sales development representative:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications

• 2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience

• Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejection

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Interest or knowledge in medical devices or healthcare preferred
