The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing, high‑energy sales team based in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who’s motivated by results, progression, and uncapped earning potential.
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues. The role offers structured training, clear progression, and a supportive environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.
What You’ll Be Doing
In
Identifying and qualifying potential customers
Booking high‑quality meetings and generating sales pipeline
Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Working closely with the wider sales team to support revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects
Resilient, target‑driven mindset with a desire to succeed
Comfortable with outbound activity and handling objections
Organised, coachable, and eager to learn
Previous sales, customer‑facing, or commercial experience is beneficial but not essential
