As a Sales Development Representative focusing on booking new business meetings, you'll work directly with our new business sales team and marketing teams.

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and research potential customers who are a good fit for the company's products or services.

  • Outbound outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

  • Lead qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they have the interest, budget, and need for the company's offerings.

  • Booking meetings: Schedule and book qualified meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and messaging.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills are crucial for building rapport and making a strong first impression.

  • Organisation and time management: Must be able to manage a high volume of tasks, organize leads, and prioritize daily activities efficiently.

  • Tech-savviness: Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools is essential for success.
