About the job:

Key responsibilities:

  1. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities within existing and potential clients to promote additional products or services

  2. Demo Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule product demo calls and meetings with high-intent prospects for the sales team.

  3. Key Account Management (Support Level): Assist in managing key client accounts, ensuring regular follow-ups and relationship building.

  4. Lead Outreach & Prospecting: Reach out to potential leads through cold calling, emails, and platforms like Linked

In to generate interest.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

  1. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and HR tech solutions.

    1. 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
    1. Number of leads contacted and qualified, Demo calls/meetings scheduled.
    1. Conversion rate from lead to opportunity, revenue contribution via upselling & cross-selling, client engagement, and follow-up effectiveness.
