In prospecting, and pipeline generation for international (US) clients in engineering services (Civil, Architecture, MEP, Mechanical domains)
Key Responsibilities:
In outreach
Generate and manage qualified sales pipeline
Identify and target key accounts (US market)
Connect with decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Owners)
Qualify leads and schedule discovery/demo meetings
Execute multi-channel campaigns (call + email + social)
Maintain data in CRM (Salesforce / Hub
Spot / Zoho)
Track activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline contribution
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
8–12 qualified meetings/month
50–70 outreach activities/day (calls + emails + Linked
In)
Strong conversion ratios (lead meeting opportunity)
Mandatory Skills (Must Have):
Experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (Outbound)
Strong expertise in cold calling & email outreach
Experience in B2B lead generation / prospecting
Exposure to US / international sales
Excellent communication & objection handling
Working Hours:
Night shift - 6.30pm to 3.30am
Mode of Work - Hybrid
Preferred Skills:
Experience in engineering services / CAD / BIM / technical sales
Hands-on with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub
Spot, Zoho)
Experience with multi-touch outbound campaigns
