About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with prospects across the European market to generate new business opportunities and grow our sales pipeline. You’ll identify potential customers, initiate outbound conversations, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team for deeper product discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential prospects, companies, and key decision-makers within target industries.
Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting including cold emails, calls, and Linked
In outreach.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding customer needs, use cases, and fit with our product.
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and lead status in the CRM system.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the sales pipeline.
Track and report on outreach performance metrics such as response rates, meeting bookings, and pipeline contribution.

You are interested in SaaS products and excited about helping businesses discover solutions that improve their workflows.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales, ideally within a SaaS or tech company.
Experience with outbound prospecting including cold emailing, cold calling, and Linked
In outreach.
Spot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment and meet outreach goals.
Willingness to work EU time zone shifts from our office in Pune.
