Position: Business Development Representative
Type: Full-Time (On-Site, Nagpur)
Salary: [ 4,00,000 CTC - 6,00,000 CTC ] based on experience
Role Overview :
This is not a siloed BDR role.
We’re looking for someone who can own the sales cycle end-to-end from outreach to closing deals.

And converting them into revenue

The ideal candidate is confident in outbound prospecting, understands B2B sales cycles, and can communicate Lead
Road’s value proposition effectively to founders, CMOs, and sales leaders.
What You’ll Be Doing
In)
Generate and qualify sales opportunities
Run discovery calls with founders, CXOs, and sales leaders
Understand business challenges and position Lead
Road effectively
Handle objections and move deals forward
Close deals and contribute directly to revenue
Maintain pipeline and track conversations in CRM
Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and approach
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
Someone comfortable with both outbound + closing
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in handling decision-makers
High ownership mindset you take deals to the finish line
Resilience you can handle rejection without slowing down
Bias for action you don’t overthink, you execute
CRM & Reporting :
Spot CRM.
Required Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of experience in: Business Development, Inside Sales, BDR (B2B preferred)
Proven experience in outbound sales.
Strong objection handling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience using CRM tools (Hub
Spot preferred).
