SDR Lead

SDR Lead - Onsite, Durban, South Africa, Full-Time

Build and lead our new outbound SDR team targeting UK/US prospects. As player-coach, create playbooks from real calls, coach reps daily, own onboarding/performance, work high-value accounts yourself, and drive scaling. Founding role with ownership, hybrid commission, and executive backing in a fast-growing AI IT support firm.

Requirements

• Outbound experience into UK/US markets (MSP/IT services preferred)

• Track record ramping SDRs to quota

• ABM fluency, multi-channel outreach, navigating gatekeepers

• Hunter mindset

• Excellent spoken English with minimal accent

• Self-starter, ambitious, mature

Preferred

• Leads from the front, hands-on calling

• Coaches by example, builds people

• Translates strategy into booked meetings
