Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension.
Global Talent Recruitment:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.
Administrative Support:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the LA office, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documentation.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and communication with participants.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
Special Projects:
Contribute to special projects (employer branding, campus recruitment, etc.) and initiatives as assigned, including research and data analysis.
Provide support for team meetings and presentations.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power
Point).
Passionate about HR career and the fashion industry.
Fully committed to the internship and available for at least 30 hours per week.
