Officer/Senior Officer – Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Job Description: Promote entrepreneurship among students and faculty Mentor and guide students and startups Organize bootcamps, hackathons, workshops, and demo days Design and execute pre-incubation and incubation programs Identify funding opportunities for startups and incubator Build partnerships with investors, mentors, government bodies and service providers Track startup progress and ensure milestone achievement Manage day-to-day operations of the incubation center and ensure compliance with university and regulatory norms Education Qualifications: Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Technology, or related field Experience of working with an education institute-based incubation center preferred Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience with 2 years with incubation center / startup ecosystem Salary: Salary range shall be 5.0 L to 8.50 L p.a. based on experience and previous salary
