Business Development ManagerAs a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and support overall business expansion. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working within a marketing, PR, creative, or communications agency, with a strong understanding of how agency businesses operate, pitch, and build long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC to drive agency growth, revenue, and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing teams, and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships and client retention. Lead outreach efforts, client meetings, presentations, pitches, and proposal discussions with a strong understanding of agency services and solutions. Collaborate closely with internal teams across PR, social media, creative, content, and production to develop integrated client proposals and campaigns. Develop strategic partnerships and generate qualified leads aligned with the agency’s growth objectives. Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through to negotiation and closing of new business opportunities. Contribute to agency growth strategies by identifying market trends, client needs, and opportunities for expanding existing relationships.
Required skills and qualificationsFluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic would be considered a strong advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of proven business development or client-facing experience, ideally within a marketing, PR, creative, or communications agency environment.
Strong understanding of agency services, including branding, digital marketing, social media, PR, creative, content, and production.
Demonstrated success in driving B2B sales, developing client relationships, and securing new business opportunities.
Existing network and strong industry connections within the UAE and GCC markets would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently lead pitches and client discussions.
Commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong ability to identify growth opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
