Imperium Manager – Events, Memberships & Partnerships (UK/US/Europe Mandatory)

About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and highly connected Marketing Manager to scale Imperium — a premium business networking and membership platform focused on high-value relationships, strategic partnerships, member engagement, and revenue growth.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing. We are seeking someone who understands how to build communities, create influence within business ecosystems, and convert networks into measurable commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to business communities, executive networking environments, premium membership platforms, private clubs, or partnership-led growth ecosystems across the UK, US, or Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue
Drive membership acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies
Develop and execute commercial growth initiatives to expand the platform’s market presence
Identify opportunities for sponsorships, collaborations, and strategic partnerships
Track and optimize KPIs related to memberships, engagement, and business development
Marketing & Brand Positioning
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, partnerships, events, and community channels
Strengthen Imperium’s positioning as a premium business networking ecosystem
Oversee content direction, brand communication, and audience engagement strategies
Build high-value brand visibility within entrepreneurial and executive communities
Partnerships & Networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, founders, investors, business leaders, and strategic partners
Represent the brand at networking events, conferences, business forums, and industry gatherings
Develop referral partnerships and community alliances that drive long-term business growth
Events & Community Engagement
Plan and execute premium networking events, member experiences, and engagement initiatives
Create loyalty, retention, and community engagement programs to enhance member value
Ensure a high-touch member experience aligned with the brand’s premium positioning
Mandatory Requirements
3–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, partnerships, or community-led business development
UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong exposure to networking platforms, membership ecosystems, B2B communities, private clubs, or loyalty programs
Proven track record in driving membership growth, revenue generation, or strategic partnerships
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong executive presence and confidence in high-level networking environments
Candidates with UK, US, or European market exposure/background are mandatory
Experience within clubs, networking groups, premium communities, or loyalty platforms is essential
