Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for an assigned portfolio across our UAE operations. In this role, you will drive sales performance, lead and develop branch-based sales teams, and ensure the consistent application of company standards, processes, and customer service excellence. You will play a key role in achieving business targets while creating a high-performance culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values.What you will do

Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective action to improve results where needed.Implement sales strategies and business plans to deliver operational and commercial objectives.Ensure sales processes are followed consistently and customer concerns are resolved effectively.Maintain high standards of customer engagement and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.Develop team capability through regular product knowledge sharing, training, and performance reviews.Oversee documentation, compliance, and government-related processes connected to the sales function. You should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of sales experience, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.A strong track record of achieving targets, managing teams, and driving customer satisfaction will set you up for success in this role.Candidates with experience in automotive or retail sales environments and a passion for leading people and delivering results will be well suited for this opportunity.An understanding of both English and Arabic is an advantage.What equips you for the role

You will bring strong sales leadership experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. You should have sound knowledge of customer service principles, sales operations, and performance management. Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with confidence in using business tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting systems.
