Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining, growing, and developing strong client relationships. This role requires strategic planning, sales forecasting, and consistent achievement of sales targets, contributing directly to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients
Identify and close sales opportunities through proposals and presentations
Collaborate with creative, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience with top brand experience, exhibitions, or events agencies in the region
Proven track record as a Sales Manager with consistent achievements
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required (must hold a valid passport and meet visa requirements)
