Student Dorm Officer Arabic Speaker For a leading university in the United Arab Emirates, we are looking for a Student Dorm Officer.

Applicants for this role should have a Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant discipline, 2-4 years of Local experience in a similar role, preferably in a higher education institution. Training in First Aid and CPR certificates are a plus.

You would be responsible for providing a safe and secure living environment to the students so they can focus on their educational programmes.

Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to prepare professional documents in both Arabic and English. Good customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations and find resolutions.

Main responsibilities include (but not limited to)

Taking part in the orientation process of new studentsMaintaining the dorm facilitiesKeeping the students updated with the latest newsCarrying out room inspectionsRequesting, following up, and receiving dorm suppliesMaking sure students are aware of dress code, visiting schedules and health and safety regulations
