About Us:
Y'Escrow Training and Development is a new 7 week training program focused on preparing students for careers as Certified Real Estate Paralegals. We provide professional training and development for individuals currently looking to establish a career in the Real Estate industry where more stable opportunities are available. Careers available in this industry include Real Estate Law Firms, Title & Escrow Companies, Real Estate Agent offices and many more!

We are the only training program in the country that offers this specialized certification in this industry, so the demand is very high!

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and outgoing Adult Student Recruiters to help enroll prospective students into our certification program. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who are confident, self-driven, and passionate about helping others advance their careers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with prospective students (high school graduates, career changers, and adult learners)

• Promote the benefits of our Real Estate Paralegal Program

• Conduct outreach via social media, community events, schools, and networking

• Provide basic program information and guide prospects through the enrollment process

• Maintain consistent communication with interested candidates

• Meet or exceed recruitment goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales, recruiting, or marketing experience preferred (not required)

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Comfortable using social media and digital tools for outreach

• Real Estate Knowledge helpful but not required.

• Passion for education, career development, or community impact

• Min Age 18

Compensation:

• Competitive commission per enrolled student. We have a great tiered structure that will allow you to maximize you earning potential.
