We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Public Relations Manager to lead the marketing, communications, and public relations efforts for our holding group and its local subsidiaries. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive B2B marketing strategy that strengthens our brand presence, enhances internal and external communications, drives market positioning, and supports business growth initiatives across all companies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies, including annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs.
Establish and maintain a cohesive brand architecture across the group and all subsidiary companies.
Oversee the design, content creation, and production of all corporate marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency; conduct periodic audits to maintain brand standards.
Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
Manage all marketing requirements for exhibitions, trade shows, and external events, ensuring seamless execution.
Supervise internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, holiday greetings, announcements, and other marketing-led communications.
Provide data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate performance and recommend improvements or new opportunities.
Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of company websites, identifying required updates and optimization opportunities.
Oversee the creation and execution of SEO strategies to strengthen online visibility and support lead generation.
Develop compelling case studies and award submissions to position the group and its subsidiaries for relevant industry recognitions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry publications, and PR agencies to enhance corporate visibility and reputation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role (B2B) in the UAE, preferably within the contracting, manufacturing, or engineering industrial sectors.
