Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Public Relations Manager to lead the marketing, communications, and public relations efforts for our holding group and its local subsidiaries. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive B2B marketing strategy that strengthens our brand presence, enhances internal and external communications, drives market positioning, and supports business growth initiatives across all companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies, including annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs.

  • Establish and maintain a cohesive brand architecture across the group and all subsidiary companies.

  • Oversee the design, content creation, and production of all corporate marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency; conduct periodic audits to maintain brand standards.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns aligned with business objectives and industry trends.

  • Manage all marketing requirements for exhibitions, trade shows, and external events, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Supervise internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, holiday greetings, announcements, and other marketing-led communications.

  • Provide data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate performance and recommend improvements or new opportunities.

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of company websites, identifying required updates and optimization opportunities.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of SEO strategies to strengthen online visibility and support lead generation.

  • Develop compelling case studies and award submissions to position the group and its subsidiaries for relevant industry recognitions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry publications, and PR agencies to enhance corporate visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role (B2B) in the UAE, preferably within the contracting, manufacturing, or engineering industrial sectors.
