About the Role

Our client is launching a UAE-based licensed Payment Service Provider and are seeking a Payments Infrastructure Leader to build their architecture from the ground up.

This role blends fintech engineering, compliance, and banking integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design PSP processing architecture

• Integrate UAE banking APIs

• Implement PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure

• Build fraud detection & AML transaction monitoring systems

• Integrate crypto on/off ramp rails

• Architect settlement & reconciliation systems

• Lead CBUAE technical license documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years payments infrastructure experience (acquiring/issuing/PSP)

• PCI-DSS compliance experience

• Payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Checkout, Adyen)

• SWIFT, SEPA & banking API experience

• Fraud detection & AML monitoring expertise

Nice to Have

• Built PSP from scratch

• CBUAE licensing experience

• Multi-currency & FX optimization systems

• Crypto on/off ramp integration
