This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and closing high-calibre talent beyond standard CV screening, with strong emphasis on judgment, stakeholder partnership, and candidate engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead search strategies for specialist roles across engineering, compliance, trading, and operationsProactively source and engage passive candidates using a mix of AI tools, market mapping, and professional networksBuild and manage target talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needsConduct in-depth candidate assessments using internal SATI (Self-Assessment Top grading Interview) frameworkPartner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring standardsChallenge unrealistic expectations and maintain hiring qualityManage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring timely progressDrive offer management and candidate closure, including counteroffer navigationIdentify inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and contribute to continuous process improvementKey Qualifications5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within fast-paced or global environmentsProven track record of successfully closing hard-to-find or niche rolesStrong sourcing capability and experience engaging passive candidatesConfident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide direct and constructive feedbackSound judgment in assessing candidate potential, culture fit, and long-term suitabilityComfortable operating in evolving processes and ambiguous environmentsData-informed decision-maker with strong human intuitionWorking EnvironmentHigh-volume, multi-market recruitment with tight timelinesExposure to evolving recruitment infrastructure and toolsOpportunity to influence and improve hiring processes while delivering resultsDemanding role requiring ownership, resilience, and accountability
