The School of Computer Science at UOWD is a vibrant and growing academic unit offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs aligned with contemporary industry and research priorities. The School places strong emphasis on modern computing disciplines, applied research, and high‑quality teaching supported by industry engagement.
Driven by increasing student enrolments in Cybersecurity and Computer Science majors, and the recent launch of the Master of Applied Cybersecurity, the School is expanding its academic capacity to strengthen teaching, research output, and postgraduate supervision in this critical discipline.
Requirements & Responsibilities
UOWD invites applications for Assistant Professor and Associate Professor roles in Modern Cybersecurity. These are new appointments supporting program growth at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The role is balanced across teaching and research, with a full teaching load and strong expectations for research productivity, postgraduate supervision, and contribution to the academic development of the School.
The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering core and specialist cybersecurity subjects, supervising Master's research, and contributing to UOWD's research profile in modern cybersecurity.
