About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and format theses, dissertations, research papers, reports, assignments, and journal manuscripts.

2. Handle MS Word formatting, including headings, styles, margins, spacing, page numbering, table of contents (TOC), captions, tables, and figures.

3. Create and improve tables, charts, graphs, and figures using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

4. Check and correct citations and references in APA, MLA, IEEE, Harvard, Vancouver, and other academic formats.

5. Reduce plagiarism and refine content while maintaining academic quality, originality, and meaning.

6. Proofread content for grammar, clarity, coherence, and professional presentation.

Convert rough drafts into properly structured, submission-ready academic documents.

7. Prepare basic data tables, graphs, result summaries, and formatted presentations.

Ensure final quality checks for formatting consistency, numbering, alignment, and references.

8. Follow client guidelines carefully and coordinate revisions or urgent corrections professionally.

• 1. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period from Dombivli or the nearby Mumbai region will be preferred for this work-from-office role.
• 2. Candidates should have a personal laptop, basic MS Office knowledge, and strong MS Word formatting skills.
• 3. Experience in academic writing, thesis/dissertation formatting, research papers, and documentation work will be an advantage.
• 4. Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, graphs, tables, and citation styles like APA, MLA, IEEE, and Harvard is preferred.
• 5. Candidates should possess good English communication, proofreading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on deadlines and revisions.
