We are looking for bright and passionate candidate for the position of Human Resource Business Partner with experience in:
Location: TrivandrumExperience: 2 to 4 YearsRoles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver effective HR support and people solutions
- Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and people initiatives aligned with business needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee-related mattersEmployee Lifecycle & Performance Management.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and exits.
- Facilitate performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes
- Support performance improvement plans (PIP) and capability building initiatives in partnership with managers.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Drive employee engagement activities to build trust, collaboration, and a sense of belonging
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions and work with managers to address concerns and improve morale
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely and fair resolution
- Support and improve employee satisfaction survey action plansData & HR Analytics:
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, retention, engagement, and headcount
- Prepare and maintain dashboards on attrition, exit feedback, and engagement trends
- Identify early warning signs of attrition and recommend retention strategiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience in HRBP or core HR roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, Excel, and HR reporting
- Good understanding of HR metrics, analytics, and dashboards
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholdersPreferred Experience:
- Experience in fast-growing or dynamic organizations
- Exposure to technology, product, or corporate environments is an advantage
