We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Recruitment Advisor to join our Central Recruitment Team, supporting the hiring of our Warehouse Operative and Driver population across our UK depot network.

Your Role Will IncludeManaging high-volume recruitment campaigns for Warehouse Operatives and DriversWriting engaging adverts and promoting vacancies across multiple channelsScreening candidates and conducting telephone interviewsCoordinating interviews and partnering closely with hiring managersSupporting onboarding and pre-employment checksKeeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment processMaintaining accurate recruitment records and compliance documentationWorking collaboratively with the wider Recruitment Team to meet business hiring demandsContributing ideas to improve processes, attraction, and candidate experienceWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, organisation, and a genuine passion for recruitment.

You’ll Ideally HaveExperience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environmentsPrevious exposure to Logistics, FMCG, Distribution, or Supply Chain recruitmentExperience recruiting operational roles such as Warehouse Operatives or DriversStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approachA passion for delivering a positive candidate experienceBe Part of Something BiggerAt Gist, we’re building a culture where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered to succeed.
