Due to continued expansion, our Newcastle office is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of and develop a high‑potential Procurement desk across the Northeast market.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high‑performing team with strong brand recognition and access to an extensive client and candidate network. The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant within Procurement & Supply Chain, you will manage a full 360° desk, specialising in the recruitment of procurement professionals across a range of sectors including public sector, manufacturing, retail, and professional services.

Your responsibilities will include

Managing and developing relationships with SME and corporate clientsAdvising clients on market conditions, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies within procurementWinning new business through proactive business development and referral generationSourcing and headhunting procurement professionals across all levels (Buyer to Head of Procurement)Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment processDelivering a high‑quality, compliant service to both clients and candidates Why Join Reed?
