You will take responsibility delivering attraction and recruiting activities in Brighton.
You will provide exceptional customer focus and a positive attitude to professionally overcoming challenges. In addition to requiring a high standard of verbal and written communication skills the role involves motivating team members whose performance is measured against a number of targets.
This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, office based.
Leading and supporting candidates through a tailored recruitment journey, including interviews and career guidanceOrganising and representing at attraction events, promoting Army careers to schools and communitiesLeading and motivating a small team of recruiters to meet performance targetsAnalysing recruitment data and maintaining strong stakeholder relationshipsStaying informed on market trends and using social media to attract and engage candidatesEssential - Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Previous leadership/supervisory experienceKnowledge/experience of recruitment processesA self-starter, with a driven and motivated attitudeExperienced in working to set targetsStrong negotiator with people influencing skillsFlexible work attitude and willingness to travel to meet the needs of the businessDesired - Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
