Due to our current expansion and growth we are seeking a Sales & Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for driving new business growth while overseeing and contributing to recruitment delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining client acquisition, account management, and recruitment activity, with responsibility for managing performance, processes, and team development.
The role suits an experienced recruitment professional with a strong sales mindset who can balance revenue generation with high-quality talent delivery.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Proactively identify, target, and win new client opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to placement
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Upsell and cross-sell recruitment solutions to existing clients
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes when required (360 capacity)
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to client needs
- Support consultants with complex or senior-level roles
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate recruitment and/or sales consultants
- Set individual and team KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and training
- Support onboarding and development of new team members
- Foster a high-performance, sales-driven culture
Client & Account Management
- Act as a key point of contact for strategic clients
- Ensure service excellence and long-term client retention
- Conduct client meetings, reviews, and workforce planning discussions
- Handle escalations and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Operational & Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives
- Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting
- Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and internal processes
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in agency recruitment
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and placement targets
- Experience managing and growing client accounts
- Exposure to mentoring or supervising consultants (formal or informal)
- Experience across permanent and/or contract recruitment

Pay: $85,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
