We're looking for someone who sources, builds relationships, closes high quality candidates, and helps shape how recruiting operates as the firm scales.
You will work directly with leadership and recruit across high-value roles spanning:
- Transaction Readiness, Research and Investor Relations
- PR and Communications
- Finance
- Client Relations
- Engineering and strategic hiresYou'll be responsible for:
- Owning searches from kickoff through accepted offer
- Building evergreen talent pipelines instead of starting from zero every time
- Partnering with hiring managers on scorecards and candidate calibration
- Driving a strong candidate experience from first outreach through close
- Building systems that make recruiting more scalable over timeWhat we're looking for:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting passive candidates
- Ability to run multiple searches simultaneously
- Executive-level stakeholder management
- Strong communication and candidate closing skillsNice to have: if you've recruited in financial services, advisory, professional services, investment banking, private equity, or related industries.
