The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting and securing senior leadership, management and specialist talent. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to provide strategic insight into the talent market, build talent pipelines and build trusted relationships.
Manage the talent acquisition cycleFocus on growth objectives and brand strategiesRecruitment forecast based on business requirementsPartner closely with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to leverage standardized tools, systems, and processesProactively source and utilize data and market intelligenceDeliver on current and future talent needs for the businessUtilize various sourcing methods, including industry events and networking, to identify potential candidatesMonitor and review performance metrics to assess team performance and improve talent acquisition processesLead, coach, motivate and develop a team of talent acquisition individualsStay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform the recruitment approach.
A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related field5-7+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 5 years recruiting for senior positions and 2-3 years as a manager.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior professionalsDemonstrated experience in a similar role, coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement, organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience in creating and implementing recruitment strategiesDemonstrated passion for acting as brand ambassador, leading external campaigns to generate interest in the company and attract diverse talentExperience in managing and developing high-performing teams, setting performance goals, providing guidance and support and ensuring team productivity and successStrong communication skills
