The RoleA highly entrepreneurial investing role operating across growth equity investments, strategic finance, fundraising, and portfolio support initiatives within the energy transition ecosystem.

The position offers broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including:

Evaluating and executing minority growth equity investmentsFinancial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysisSupporting fundraising and LP-related initiativesWorking directly with portfolio company management teamsSupporting strategic and operational initiatives across portfolio investmentsParticipating in transaction execution, due diligence, and investment committee materialsThe team operates with lean deal execution structures, creating meaningful responsibility and visibility early.
