• Proven 2–5 years of experience in India market working for US Clients
• Strong experience in contract & CTH hiring (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening profiles
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews with stakeholders
