Sales Manager – IT Solutions & Kiosk Business

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, experience in selling high-value IT solutions/projects, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
The role requires a confident professional who can build strong client relationships, prepare proposals and tenders, work under pressure, and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE and overseas markets
- Generate leads and close high-value IT solution and kiosk projects
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, tenders, and RFP responses
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams for project execution
- Follow up on opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Travel across all Emirates and overseas when required
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT solutions/projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly presentable and professional personality
- Proven experience in selling high-value IT projects/solutions
- Strong experience in proposal preparation, tenders, and RFP submissions
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong closing and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Age should not exceed 30 years
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or similar technical background preferred
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
- Experience in kiosk sales is highly desirable
- Experience in hardware peripherals sales is desirable
- Prior field support or onsite IT support experience is an advantage
- UAE market experience preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within UAE and internationally
