About The Role

We are looking for a Strategic Financial Analyst to join Huspy. This person will support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while working closely with different business teams to help support the company’s growth plans. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to strategic finance within a growing business.

The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and OwnSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across different business units and productsTrack actual performance vs forecasts and assist in improving forecasting accuracyPrepare financial reports and analysis to support business and management decision-makingAssist in maintaining accurate financial records, reports, and documentationSupport monthly reporting processes, including income statements and cash flow trackingWork closely with business stakeholders to support planning, reporting, and operational finance activitiesAssist with preparing reports and materials for leadership, investors, and other stakeholdersThe Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), finance, accounting, or a related roleExperience working with financial/accounting software and Excel or Google SheetsBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldWork Setup: Hybrid in Dubai.
