As a SHEQ Advisor you will form part of the team of safety advisors servicing the business needs across varied scopes of work and locations across all company operations. We recognise that varied work scopes and an adaptable working structure promotes personal and professional development.
What You’ll Be DoingPromotion of a positive SHE-Q culture at all times.
Ensuring compliance with all Mammoet and contractual SHE-Q standards, as well as applicable legal requirement.
Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standards in our facilities and all work locations.
Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types across various scopes of work, both internally and externally.
Coaching and promoting our strong SHEQ culture.
Assessing the safety of jobsite and workplace activities.
Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training.
What You’ll NeedUniversity degree in an associate fieldDiploma / certification in Health, Safety & Environment and Quality.
Expert knowledge of SHE-Q regulationsStrong understanding of heavy lifting and transport (HLT) equipmentMinimum 6 years of relevant field experienceProficient in SHE-Q systems and MS Office SuiteFluent English (verbal and written)What You’ll GetWork in a global, high-performance environmentExposure to major international heavy lifting projectsStrong safety culture with continuous learningOpportunity for further development through Mammoet AcademyWANT TO KNOW MORE?
