Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to support our business growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling technology solutions and a passion for helping organizations transform their operations through automation and digital technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Promote Athena's AI Enabled Document Management, Intelligent Capture, ECM, ERP, and E-Invoicing solutions.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions.

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and government customers.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.

Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop customer solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM updates.
