The Key Account Executive – HoReCa is responsible for growing and managing key accounts across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, and institutional clients in the UAE. The role focuses on business development, customer acquisition, account management, and driving sales growth within the HoReCa channel. Ideal candidates will have strong FMCG or beverage industry experience, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Key Account Management & Customer DevelopmentManage and grow relationships with key HoReCa accounts across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutionsIdentify and onboard new customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention2. Business Development & Market ExpansionDevelop account plans and drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and market expansionSupport product launches, promotions, and customer activations within the HoReCa channel3. Sales & Commercial OperationsMonitor sales performance, pricing, collections, and account profitabilityCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, reporting, and customer support4. Market Intelligence & Strategic SupportTrack competitor activity, industry trends, and customer needs within the HoReCa marketProvide market insights and account analysis to support business strategy and growthKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skillsProven business development and key account management experienceStrong communication, reporting, and customer-focused approachCandidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of UAE experience in HoReCa, FMCG, beverage, or food service salesValid UAE driving licenseFluent English; Arabic is an advantage
